Job Description: |
. Perform chromatographic capillary column preparations and quality tests
.
Surface silanization modifications and test
.
Silicon-base polymerization
.
General chemistry lab duty including lab notebook, safety, inventories, and chemical hygiene
. Customer technical support to all over world by phone, email and web-interaction |

Job Requirements: |
| Must: |
. Perform chromatographic capillary column preparations and quality tests
. Order fulfillment: packaging and shipping
. Manage inventory
. General chemistry lab duty including lab notebook, safety, inventories, and chemical hygiene |
| Want: |
. MS or PhD in Chemistry or close engineering(s)
. Research and product development experience
. Lab management experience
. Willing to work toward to a key personnel of a start-up
. Fluent Chinese language
. Good communication skill and teamwork
. Able to travel internationally to conduct customer seminar and tech support |
